WEST BEND — Enchantment in the Park held its first-ever Barbie Night at Regner Park, 800 N. Main St., on Thursday, and visitors of all ages came out to meet their favorite Barbies and Kens.

West Bend High School students, who are also actors in the West Bend Children’s Theatre, volunteered to help by portraying various Barbies from the summer blockbuster movie.

After taking a tour of the lights in a stretch limousine, the Barbies and Kens arrived at the warming station and welcomed visitors inside with a friendly “Hello, Barbie” or “Hello, Ken” as they waited in line to see Santa before meeting the Barbies, too.

With Christmas Eve coming up this Sunday, there are only three days left, including today, to check out the lights at Enchantment in the Park.

Tonight, Enchantment will be open from 5 to 9 p.m. At 6 p.m., horse and carriage rides will begin (on a first come, first served basis) and from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. the Mellow Fellows will perform at the park.

On Saturday, Enchantment will be open from 5 to 9 p.m., again, with horse and carriage rides beginning at 6 p.m. Buckshot Christmas will be the entertainment for the night, from 6 to 7 p.m.

The final day of the 2023 Enchantment season will be on Sunday. The park will be open from 5 to 9 p.m., but it will be drive-thru only. The walk-thru portion of Enchantment will be closed on Sunday.
