IMPORTANT NOTE: Donations must be received by October 31st, 2009 to be included in the print booklet handed out at the event!

Sponsorship Opportunities

For a sponsor fee of $10,000, a MAJOR Sponsor will receive:

	Recognition as Major Sponsor on the Founders’ Board with Logo that will be proudly showcased at the event in perpetuity as long as Enchantment in the Park exists (Need at least a verbal commitment by Oct. 31st)
	Recognition as Major Sponsor in all print ads appearing in Conley publications as a result of the Conley media trade that has already been secured.
	Recognition as Major Sponsor with Logo on the new website created to promote the event which will include a link to your website.
	Recognition as Major Sponsor with Logo on all event information sheets distributed to attendees as they enter the park during the month long run of the event.
	Invitations for twenty of your employees, clients or guests for the premiere ribbon cutting for the event.

For a sponsor fee of $5,000, an EVENT Sponsor will receive:

	Recognition as Event Sponsor on the Founders’ Board with Logo that will be proudly showcased at the event in perpetuity as long as Enchantment in the Park exists (Need at least a verbal commitment by Oct. 31st)
	Recognition as Event Sponsor in all print ads appearing in Conley publications as a result of the Conley media trade that has already been secured.
	Recognition as Event Sponsor with Logo on the new website created to promote the event which will include a link to your website.
	Recognition as Event Sponsor with Logo on all event information sheets distributed to attendees as they enter the park during the month long run of the event.
	Invitations for twelve of your employees, clients or guests for the premiere ribbon cutting for the event.

For a sponsor fee of $2,000, a MAJOR Founder will receive:

	Recognition as Major Founder on the Founders’ Board with Logo that will be proudly showcased at the event in perpetuity as long as Enchantment in the Park exists (Need at least a verbal commitment by Oct. 31st)
	Recognition as Major Founder on all event information sheets distributed to attendees as they enter the park during the month long run of the event.
	Invitations for six of your employees, clients or guests for the premiere ribbon cutting for the event.

For a sponsor fee of $1,000, a Founder will receive:

	Recognition as Founder on the Founders’ Board with Logo that will be proudly showcased at the event in perpetuity as long as Enchantment in the Park exists (Need at least a verbal commitment by Oct. 31st)
	Recognition as Founder on all event information sheets distributed to attendees as they enter the park during the month long run of the event.
	Invitations for you and your guest for the premiere ribbon cutting for the event.

For a sponsor fee of $500, a Community Supporter will receive:

	Recognition as Community Supporter on all event information sheets distributed to attendees as they enter the park during the month long run of the event.
	Recognition as a Community Supporter for 2009 on our Enchantmentpark.org website.

For a sponsor fee of $100, a Community Supporter will receive:

Recognition as a Community Supporter for 2009 on our Enchantmentpark.org website.

We have been very fortunate to have already received support from our Sponsors and Founders. We still need more support to meet our objectives and we appreciate donations of any size.
